Can I provide my own shirt or material?

We cannot accept any t-shirt, apparel or other material to do the job requested. This is due to the fact that most items are customized by hand and mistakes may happen. If a mistake does happen, it would be much more convenient to replace the item with one already in stock when we use our own approved vendor products. 

Are there discounts for bulk orders?

Yes. Discounts are offered for all custom apparel or décor orders of 10+. Ask for details before placing your order by text at 615-502-1226 or email theteegang1@gmail.com.

Can the image be edited before placing on the item?

If you are requesting a premade design, small edits to designs can be made (example: color or sizing) but the design that you want must be complete before sending it to us. We do not offer an graphic design services at this time. 

Refund/Return Policy

At The Tee Gang, we take pride in creating unique, customized items that are tailored specifically to our customers' preferences. However, due to the fact that all of our products are custom-made, we have a strict no return/non-refundable policy.

Once an order has been placed and the customization process has begun, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns. This is because the products we create are personalized and cannot be resold to other customers.

We understand that this policy may be an inconvenience in some situations, but we believe it is necessary in order to maintain the high level of quality and customization that we are known for. We encourage our customers to carefully review their orders and double-check all details before submitting them to us, to ensure that they receive the exact product they want.
